Scripture: Psalm 30:5 (NIV)
"Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning."
Song: Negro Spiritual – “My Lord, What a Morning”
My Lord, what a morning,When the stars begin to fall.
Reflection:
Lament is part of justice. We weep over racism, violence, poverty, and pain—but we do not grieve without hope. God promises joy will rise. Morning is coming.
Prayer:
God of the morning, give me courage to grieve what is broken and faith to rejoice in Your coming restoration. Amen.
