Friendship Baptist Church has long been known for a lively, exuberant and spirit-filled music ministry.  It is our mission to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ through worship and song. The Scripture teaches that music is to be an extension and overflow of the inner man: Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; (Ephesians 5:19 KJV).  At FBC we seek to sing songs that exalt Christ and exhort His Holy Name. 

The Music Ministry at FBC will bless you and usher you into the presence of the Lord.Our musical style is traditional and blended while being upbeat and energetic.  We have a variety of different musical genres.  At VBC you will hear hymns, southern gospel, praise and worship, and even contemporary.  We seek to worship Him in spirit and in truth.  We don't want to just sing ABOUT Him, we want to sing directly TO Him. Praise ye the Lord!
