New Members Reception after Sunday Worship 
(Do Not make any public announcements to the entire church. THIS IS ONLY FOR NEW MEMBERS - 75 PEOPLE MAX) BY INVITATION ONLY

Traditional meal 
(Chili with beans and one without beans. and all the extra fixins i.e. crakers, cheese, peppers sour cream) beef, red, chill only.

After Worship

Media Ministry - 1 mic and the podium is needed after morning worship

The Culinary Ministry - will handle food. (Hardie Smith and Debra Doss is culinary supervisors) Cassandra is the cook. The meal will be self serve buffet style,

Bowls, spoons, napkins, drinks, coffee station is handled by the Culinary dept.

Set Up and Decorations done by New Members Ministry on Saturday, November 22 and also before Church as early as 8am in the gym. (The Church already has black stretch style tablecloths) Check with Sis. Christie Bernard.

Hostess should be volunteers from the new members ministry.

Any sign in sheets or special programs should be designed and passed out by the New members ministry.

The Office Staff can print materials needed no later than the Thursday BEFORE the event.
