There should be at minimum four (4) persons on this task force led by Sis. Dee Williams. There should be 2 Trustees and 2 Deacons on this Task Force. The task force is responsible for developing a renovation plan for all restrooms throughout the church. Colors, floors, fixtures, decorations, etc. A project timeline should be developed. The church budget must be considered. Funds are not always immediately available. The various projects should be scheduled and approved by the Trustee Chair/board and the Finance Department before proceeding. * Remember there are various building projects going on at the same time. The task force does not have the authority to purchase anything without approval of the Trustee Chair/board. Major single expenses that exceed $1,000 should at least have 2 o 3 bids. The same painter or plumber selected by this process may be used on all restrooms in the building. There is no need to bid every single restroom, A financial request form must be be completed before any purchase is made. These forms are available online, (website or app) and are also available in the office in hardcopy form. The church honors reimbursements that are approved first. ( Before making the purchase) Donations are gladly accepted, provided they are approved by the Task force first, then the Trustee Chair/Board. Location room 104
