Instructions for Registrants
Rally your friends and family, bring your A-game, and join us for an unforgettable evening at the Game Night and Silent Auction! This FUNdraiser is an opportunity for our church family and the surrounding community to come together and support the vision of the Emanuel Lisk Center for Youth Development. Enjoy an evening filled with fellowship, fun, food, games, and the excitement of bidding on amazing auction items.
Highlights
- Color Theme Party and Table Decoration Contest: Decorate your sponsored table (including food options) in the color of your choice to compete for a $100 cash prize.
- Trivia: Test your knowledge with our interactive, multiple-choice trivia game for a chance to win a $100 cash prize.
- Silent Auction: Bid on over 30 fantastic baskets and specialty items. Be sure to bring cash, checks, or a credit card to secure the winning bid and your items.
- Photobooth: Capture memories with fun photos.
- Music: Enjoy good music throughout the night.
- Children’s Activities: Engaging activities for kids aged 5-12, with food and beverages provided at no cost.
Schedule
- Table Sponsor Setup: starts at 3:00 p.m.
- Registration and Check-In: starts at 4:00 p.m.
- Game Night and Silent Auction: 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. (auction ends at 7:30 p.m.)
- Table Judging: 5:15 p.m.
Registration
- Table Sponsor (8 seats): $100 (Early Bird by August 18) / $120 (after August 18)
- Individual Patron: $20 (ages 13+)
- Children ages 5-12: FREE

Note: This is a BYOE (Bring Your Own Everything) event – bring your own food, beverages, and tableware. Table sponsors will need to provide their own tablecloth. A tablecloth will be provided for individual patrons in the open seating area.
Attendees can also purchase a meal in advance for $10, which includes spaghetti, salad, dinner roll, a beverage, and utensils. No meal tickets will be sold onsite.
Register and/or purchase meals online or in the lobby after worship on designated Sundays (1st and 3rd Sundays in July and August, every Sunday in September).
